Transfer of Ownership

Secondary Solutions Group can arrange for all Title work of any Resort transfer of inventory. The secondary market transition can sometimes be complex and most consumers want the process to be handled by professionals.

We ensure a proper transfer of deeds or memberships from start to finish by using professionals that specialize in timeshare transfers from one owner to the next. Deed transfers are different from an RTU Memberships. We can arrange for estoppels request and assumption agreements. Resort Developers need not use their resources to transfer ownership.

The closing includes the proper recording of the deed or RTU to the Resort with the new owners name. Closing procedures incude the arrangments of all maintenance fees being paid to date, and any assesments outstanding to be current.
