The equity exchange opportunity offers a sales team at a resort a tool that allows equity discounts for a first generation sales team in exchange for inventory taken in from the consumer.

The equity exchange offers the consumer a way of giving up what they presently own for the benefit of purchasing new product at the resort level. Sales percentages increase whenever this platform is introduced.

The costs to transfer are typically absorbed by the resort, can be reimbursed by the resort, or the consumer agrees to the cost of transferring the traded membership. We have resorts using a combination of all three.
